Assessing the financial performance of 806 AHs budgets. The 2019 rating
The super-active phase of the territorial hromadas amalgamation is underway, that is determined by the necessity of completing the process of forming capable hromadas all over the territory of Ukraine in the current year. One of the topical issues is still the financial aspect of AHs functioning. Based on 2019 performance results, experts assessed certain indices of the AHs financial (budget) performance.
