On February, 29 the Constitutional Provision of Decentralisation in Ukraine 2020 public discussion is to be held in Kharkiv, involving representatives of the Kharkiv, Poltava and Sumy regions.

Among the event participants there are representatives of the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the MinRegion, people’s deputies of Ukraine, local self-government representatives, scientists and experts.
