The Expert Support Service: U-LEAD with Europe is initiating consultations for hromadas on the proper ASCs formation

U-LEAD with Europe Programme, funded by the EU and its member-states: Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Poland and Sweden, is starting expert support of the local self-government bodies on issues of enhancing the administrative services quality via the Expert Support Service of ASCs.

The Expert Support Service of ASCs will assist hromadas by consulting on issues of ASC establishing and upgrading, planning and modeling the optimal access to services in a hromada, document drafts, recommendations on choosing and zoning premises for an ASC, etc. In certain cases it will be also possible to develop a step-by-step individual algorithm of ASC establishment and upgrading.

To get our expert support, file an application at the Service page https://tsnap.ulead.org.ua/helpdesk/
