Peculiarities of using mobile ASCs under the quarantine conditions
The coronavirus pandemic conditions make us look at mobile ASCs from another angle. Within the U-LEAD with Europe Programme 7 such «wheeled offices» are functioning in Ukrainian hromadas. At the same time the hromada express-survey demonstrates that currently the majority of mobile ASCs are also «on the quarantine». They are not being used either due to the general safety measures or due to artificial services demand decline in this period.
