The DOBRE Programme experts have created the Public Procurement in Hromadas manual.

The manual represents definitions and duties of the tender committee, an authorised person, centralised procurement organizations. In layman’s terms there given phases, terms of conducting and demands for documents for each procedure.

The manual has been developed for the purpose of assisting tender committees’ members, describing the key issues ordering customers face while conducting procurement, under the latest amendments to the legislation.
