The Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine addressed the parliamentary Committee on the Organization of the State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning, asking to switch 107 amalgamated hromadas to direct inter-budget relations with the state budget in 2020, while considering a draft of the Law of Ukraine On Amending the State Budget of Ukraine for 2020 (the list of hromadas is available at: https://decentralization.ua/en/news/12340).

‘The Government has recognized 107 AHs, having been created in 2019, as capable. While considering amendments to the State Budget, there are all the grounds to switch these hromadas to direct inter-budget relations, as it was stipulated by the transitional provisions of the Law of Ukraine On Amending the State Budget of Ukraine for 2020’, said Vyacheslav Nehoda, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, giving comments for the Decentralisation portal.
