The extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Ukraine Ole Terje Horpestad told about the quarantine running in this northern country, able to boast one of the best performances in the coronavirus counteraction.
Norway is one of the few countries, coping with the coronavirus pandemic, having one of the lowest mortality rates in the world – just 1,3%. Norway is also a leader in mass testing its population for the dangerous infection availability. Thanks to that Norwegians succeeded in effective localizing the pandemic in their cities and villages. All these issues were covered by the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Ukraine Ole Terje Horpestad in his interview for the Decentralisation portal.
