The last agreements of the drafts of perspective plans of forming the region hromada territories before these documents are considered by the Cabinet of Ministers. All the perspective plans have to be accepted in April.

The issue was highlighted by Vyacheslav Nehoda, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, during an online-meeting dedicated to the preparation of the perspective plans of forming the hromada territories of the Volyn, Zhytomyr, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv and Khmelnytskyi regions.

According to Vyacheslav Nehoda, even following three rounds of consultations the majority of the perspective plans still cause region state administrations’ propositions, not agreed with by the MinRegion or associations of local self-government bodies. These arguable points must be finally discussed and the final decision must be made over them.
