The project targeted to the smith craft revival has been realized in the Sofiivska AH of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

A smithy has been opened under the guidance of the USAID Programme “Decentralisation Offering Better Results and Efficiency” (DOBRE).

The hromada provided community premises of the former garage, allotted funds for it to be remodeled and equipped the territory with all the necessary amenities for an up-to-date smithy. The USAID DOBRE Programme assisted in developing the project, purchased special tools and modern smith equipment for the workshop.
