During the decentralization reform, Zboriv having become the hromada centre, uniting 17 village councils (October, 29, 2017), the Zboriv UP public organization started functioning in the hromada where a youth corps was organised. Gradually the youth corps extended its activity and reached the level of the Youth Congress of the Zboriv city council. The communication was performed by the Zboriv UP initiative youth: via its Facebook page. Later, during the DOBRE DIY youth forum, held in Ternopil, Zboriv UP was tasked with conducting a youth forum in the hromada for the public to choose a priority project to be fulfilled jointly with the DOBRE Programme.
