Clear division of powers in the sphere of education between the local self-government bodies of all levels and executive power bodies is an integral part of preparing new statutory wording of laws on the local self-government in Ukraine and on the local state administrations. That is why the MinRegion conducts thematic consultations, closely cooperating with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, industry experts and representatives of associations of the local self-government bodies.
