More than 350 representatives of hromadas, district and region administrations from all over Ukraine were involved in the conference, dedicated to the ASC strategy of getting out of the quarantine, as the pandemic had proved once again the necessity of establishing a single institution in a hromada, providing all public state and municipal services.

During the conference a survey was conducted about ASCs coming back to the orderly work format. Out of the 160 ASCs surveyed only 1% does not plan to do it yet.
