Citizens’ rights and freedoms exercising, as well as business conditions depend on the opportunity to obtain administrative services. Thus, the concept of an ASC as the space, localising all the necessary state and municipal services in one place, is more than ever topical and demanded.
The U-LEAD programme experts have developed the strategy for ASCs to get out of the lockdown and gathered comments of participants of the online-conference, involving more than 350 ASC heads and guests of honour, including the EU Delegation to Ukraine, the Government representatives, line associations and hromada leaders.
