Within the Project «the EU for the sake of enhancing the state local government fiscal systems» (the LOGICA project), funded by the EU, a practical guidebook for local budgetary units «Financial Accounting and Reporting: Theoretical and Practical Aspects» has been prepared on the basis of IPSAS to assist local budgetary units in performing their tasks.
