«Millions of successful landings are not a proof of safe flights for those who are afraid of flying. Those, who criticize the new administrative and territorial arrangement of Ukraine for different reasons, do not care about each day of the delay with the decision costing each citizen of Ukraine the quality of life and welfare. And Ukraine should have made this decision at least 20 years ago. I wouldn’t say it is a perfect administrative and territorial arrangement but without it we won’t see what steps should be taken for the reform to proceed», - claimed the Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Vyacheslav Nehoda, commenting upon Resolution On Rayons Formation and Liquidation, passed by the Parliament.
