The Committee on the Organisation of the State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional and Urban Development has recommended the parliament to adopt in the second reading and as a whole bill №2679 On Amending Some Regulations of Ukraine on the Network Refinement and ASCs Functioning, as well as Improvement of Administrative Services, Provided Electronically.

Under the bill, ASCs can be founded only by the local self-government bodies. Hromadas should have ASCs, providing a wide range of services.
