The Ministry for Digital Transformation will be responsible for making propositions concerning the state financial assistance provision from the state budget to local budgets for the purpose of developing the ASCs network.

The Government has approved of the resolution by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine On Amending clause 4 of the Provision on the Ministry for the Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

It is expected to lead to subvention provision to develop the ASCs network and to ensure access of AH residents to administrative and other public services, as well as to reach other goals, defined by the Programme of Activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
