On September, 30 the Mechanisms of the Rayon Councils Liquidation and Re-organisation press-conference will be held.

The event is organized by the Ukrainian Association of Rayon and Oblast Councils, based on consultations with the line parliamentary committees and the results of the ХХ All-Ukrainian meeting-seminar, dedicated to topical decentralization issues.
