One of the decentralisation tasks is to establish efficient local self-government and improve the services the inhabitants are provided with. Ways to measure the local self-government efficiency are the topic of the round table held at the Ukraine Crisis Media Centre on October, 13.

The event was organised by USAID DOBRE Programme for people’s deputies of Ukraine, representatives of Ukrainian local self-government associations, hromadas representatives, international experts and scientists to participate.
