On November, 12 at 15:00 the Ukraine Crisis Media Centre is hosting the presentation of the outcomes of the fifth wave of the All-Ukrainian sociological research « Decentralization and the local self-government reform» among the population of Ukraine (the annual research, having been conducted since 2015) and the third wave of All-Ukrainian sociological research « Decentralization and the local self-government reform: thoughts and opinions of residents of the hromadas, amalgamated in 2015-2018» (the annual research, having been conducted since 2017).

The research was conducted by the Social Indicators centre jointly with the Kyiv Sociology International Institute in August-September of 2020, commissioned by the Council of Europe programme « Decentralization and the local self-government reform in Ukraine» in cooperation and coordination with Council of Europe experts, local self-government experts and the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
