Bill 4382 shall return services of the state civil registration to all hromadas
On November, 16 bill On Amending some Laws of Ukraine on Ensuring Citizens’ Right to Access to the state civil registration in relation with territorial hromadas consolidation (№4382) was registered in the Verkhovna Rada.
The bill was developed to ensure the citizens’ right to obtain such basic administrative services as birth, marriage and death state registration.
The problem is that, as a result of a definitely correct and positive decentralization reform, access to as birth, marriage and death state registration is currently considerably complicated
