The Sofiyvska hromada of the Dnipropetrovska region is an example of a hromada, searching for and accumulating all the resources for its own development. Small privatization tool usage is not an exception.
«The Sofiyvska AH has proved that due to the privatisation procedure one can find an efficient owner of illiquid communal assets that can’t be restored at the hromada’s own expense. A well-considered managerial decision by the Sofiyvska council concerning the former shop premises privatisation will enable the hromada to improve social living standards of the Lyubymivka village residents», – claims the DOBRE Programme consultant Olena Ilchenko.
According to local self-government experts, such a successful experience of applying the small privatisation tool will contribute to the investment attractiveness and boost of the economical situation in a hromada.
