Transferring ASC administrators and state registrars from rayon state administrations to local self-government bodies – experts’ recommendations
U-LEAD with Europe experts have developed a document, clarifying and recommending on the mechanism of transferring authorities and functions from rayon state administrations to local self-government bodies, particularly, on providing administrative services via ASCs (according to the law on ASCs network of 03.11.2020).
