Establishing a local fiscal body: clarifications by the Ministry of Finances
At the request of the Association of AHs, the Ministry of Finances of Ukraine has clarified the local fiscal body establishment.
According to the Ministry of Finances of Ukraine, from 2021 the fiscal body shall function as a legal entity of the public law as a separate executive body of the village, settlement, urban councils and cannot be a structural division of the council organisation.
