On December, 18 the third Forum of the Proper Governing “Hromadas: Perspectives for Ukraine” will be held by the Aspen Institute Kyiv within the Proper Governing Programme.

The Forum is aimed at maintaining the dialogue platform for national and local leaders for the purpose of discussing the main trends of the further reform and development of the local self-government, analysis of the Ukrainian economy perspectives in 2021, particularly, within the context of Ukrainian hromadas development.
