At 12.30 on December, 22 at the Ukraine Crisis Media-Centre the USAID DOBRE Programme is announcing its partnership with new hromadas from the Zaporizhia, Chernihiv and Chernivtsi regions.
The event will be streamlined at the Facebook-pages of the DOBRE Programme, Decentralisation and the Ukraine Crisis Media-Centre, as well as at the Youtube-channel of Ukraine Crisis Media Center.
