The U-LEAD with Europe Programme has developed a manual on topical issues of local budgets performance following the elections, held on October, 25, 2020. Namely, the manual represents a step-by-step algorithm of forming local budget drafts and their consideration at the councils plenary sessions, as well as document samples.
