On December, 22 the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine hosted an online-ceremony of awarding the winners of the All-Ukrainian Journalists’ Reports «Reforming the local self-government and the power territorial arrangement».

The competition was held for the fifth year in a row, supported by the Council of Europe, Internews-Ukraine public organisation and OSCE.

This year there were 279 competition entries. 12 materials by 15 journalists and TV-operators, representing regional media of the Vinnytsya, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Luhansk, Lviv, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, Kherson, Cherkasy and Chernihiv oblasts, were announced the winners.
