At 14:00 on January, 25 the DECIDE Swiss-Ukrainian Project is holding a webinar, entitled: “Educational Subvention: Changes of the Distribution Formula and its Application Peculiarities for Hromadas.
The speaker is Anastasiya Sofienko, the head of the budgeting expert group of the Directorate for Strategic Planning and European Integration of the Ministry of Education and Science.
