According to the Ministry of Finances, the general volume of the educational subvention rest which hromadas will be able to make a disposition of in 2021 is UAH 3,0 billion. Under the Budget Code, the educational subvention funds rest can be used in 2021, the subvention designated purpose taken into account, as well as to update the material and technical support of educational establishments of the state and communal ownership.

Financial experts of the Office of the Decentralisation Support at the MinRegion, based on the current legislation, have prepared clarifications of using the budget funds rest, formed by the end of 2020.
