Why a cubical meter of water costs 7 Euros in Denmark

During a dialogue, initiated by the Swiss-Ukrainian Project “Decentralisation Support in Ukraine” (DESPRO), all the parties concerned have discussed the issues of monitoring, water losses and service cost.

Recently the Swiss-Ukrainian Project “Decentralisation Support in Ukraine” (DESPRO) initiated a round table during which there was a dialogue between all the parties, involved into solving problems of villages, using trucked water. The topic of the dialogue was «Drinking water and discharge treatment in small hromadas. What state policy in the sphere must be like». The report by Andriy Kavun, a DESPRO expert was the brightest one in the second block of the round table, entitled «State as a regulator of drinking water provision enterprises activity».
