95, 5% of facilities have been transferred to the hromada communal ownership – data by the MinRegion
The process of transferring property from the rayon level to the hromada communal ownership is underway. According to the MinRegion, as of February, 5, 2021, hromadas are ready to put on the books 95, 5% of facilities (they have already given their consent).
