Territorial hromadas will establish archive departments and record keeping system service, whereas the documents having piled as a result of local councils and their executive bodies activity and having been defined as a constituent of the National Archive Foundation, will be transferred to the oblast state archives. The labour archives network, keeping the documents necessary for citizens’ pension maintenance, will be preserved.

Such an agreement was achieved by participants of the conference by the Ukrainian State Archive, dedicated to discussing issues of archive-keeping and record keeping in hromadas.
