On February, 25 at 11:00 there will be held a panel discussion, entitled « E-governance: experience of Estonian and Ukrainian hromadas».

The event is organized by the Ukraine Crisis Media Centre jointly with the Estonian Eastern Partnership Centre, supported by the Emerging Donors Challenge foundation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia and the DOBRE USAID Programme.

Representatives of the line ministries, hromadas of Estonia and Ukraine, international and national experts will participate in the panel discussion.
