How bill №4380 on the administrative fee will influence the hromada budget

Development of the administrative service provision system is closely connected to the reform of local self-government and hromada financial capability.

Local self-government bodies are facing the problem of certain administrative services fees having not been reconsidered since 1993 and many services, provided via ASCs of local self-government, being defined by laws as free of charge.

Yanina Kazyuk, a public finances expert, covers peculiarities of a new bill, regulating charges for administrative services.
