How to start a participatory budget in a hromada – the topic of an open webinar on March, 16

On March, 16 at 11:00 – 13:00 the SocialBoost public organisation, a partner of the USAID DOBRE Programme on digitalisation, and the Association of Hromadas Participatory Development are holding an open Zoom webinar to explain step by step how to start the process of the public budget in a territorial hromada.
