In 2020 a new administrative and territorial arrangement formation was completed. Within 2021 state budget direct inter-budget relations have been established with 1438 hromadas. To analyze hromadas efficiency and the level of their provision with resources for the purpose of exercising local self-government authorities it is necessary to systematically monitor their financial and budget performance.

Based on 2020 outcomes, experts have assessed certain indices of hromadas financial (budget) performance. The results are represented in the material.
