Partnership and close cooperation between Rayon State Administrations and hromadas make it possible to avoid wrong decisions», - Vyacheslav Nehoda

New rayon state administrations have to become hromada partners. It is time for the administrations to get rid of institutional memory and organize their cooperation exclusively based on the principles of law and mutual respect. Local council heads and deputies are elected by people, administration heads are appointed by the President, but jointly they form the local authorities, whose decisions efficiency determines the life quality of people on the territories the authorities work. If people face certain problems, the local authorities should have avoided, that means that the cooperation between the state administrations and local self-government bodies fail or there is some misunderstanding of their duties or responsibility lack. A rule of thumb states that a close cooperation makes it possible to avoid wrong decisions which might cause problems.

It was highlighted by Vyacheslav Nehoda, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, during his working visit to the Ternopil region.
