March, 30 - online-presentation of the Manual, entitled The Role of ASCs in E-Services Usage
On March, 30, 2021, the U-LEAD with Europe Programme jointly with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine will hold an online-presentation of the manual, entitled The Role of ASCs in E-Services Usage, developed by experts in improving the quality of administrative services provision.
The manual is aimed at clarifying the essence and principles of providing e-services, the importance of informing service customers and assisting them in e-services independent obtaining.
