Due to the resolution a clear mechanism of providing local budgets and using state budget funds for the purpose of ASC network development. Currently Ukrainians can get administrative services in 687 centres.
“The resolution is another step for the strategic aim of the Ministry of Digital Transformation to be fulfilled — each hromada must have its own ASC. Thanks to this, Ukrainians will be able to obtain public services not far from their homes. Moreover, hromadas will be able to purchase passport equipment, driver’s license and other types of equipment”, -

Currently at an ASC 105 public services can be obtained, and the service satisfaction level is measured not at all ASCs. The team of the Ministry of Digital Transformation is working over an increase in the number of services provided up to 400-800 and satisfaction level up to 90% and higher.
