The role of ASCs (Diya Centres) in eservices usage – a new manual by the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and the Ministry of Digital Transformation

On March, 30 there was conducted an online-presentation of the manual «The role of ASCs (Diya Centres) in eservices usage», developed by experts of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, jointly with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. More than 120 local self-government representatives participated in the online-presentation.

"One of the priorities of the Ministry of Digital Transformation is to develop the ASC network and administrative services provision simplification. Alongside with the public services digitalisation, an important factor is the new opportunities awareness level and citizens ability to use up to date services. ASC is a key location of digital changes in hromadas", - emphasized Lyudmyla Rabchynska, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation.
