Amendments to the Constitutions in terms of decentralization may be passed in 2021, - Oleksiy Chernyshov

According to the Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov, it is planned for amendments to the Constitution to be passed this year.

"To complete the reform stage it is necessary for us to amend the Constitution. A special working group, involving me, is working over the issue at the Office of the President. These amendments are planned to be made this year. Our plan is to pass them this year: two laws and amendments to the Constitution. Following this, we’ll be able to pass the law On Prefects and to discuss the necessity of the law On the Capital, - claimed Oleksiy Chernyshov in his exclusive interview for the Interfax-Ukraine agency.
