A selection, aimed at developing and installing a budget simulator, among 100 territorial hromadas-partners of the DOBRE Programme has been completed.
26 hromadas from 9 oblasts will soon have at their disposal a budget simulator – a tool, representing complicated figures about available budget resources in a manner, comprehensible for ordinary inhabitants.
With the help of a budget simulator hromadas will be able to show which funds are accessible, what the sources of the funds are and how they are used. The tool makes it possible to monitor hromada real needs. Residents can get to know what their taxes are used for and make their propositions.
