The MinRegion is going on to monitor the decentralization progress in regions. As of April, 9, 2021, new criteria appeared in the decentralization monitoring and the previous ones changed a bit.
«According to the monitoring data, hromadas are continuing to actively apply the inter-municipal cooperation tool. It is a good sign as hromadas are learning how to agree and jointly solve problems where it is difficult to cope with them independently – e.g., in educational and health care services provision, waste treatment, central water supply and drain, road repairs, etc.», - commented the monitoring data Vyacheslav Nehoda, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
