According to the Final and Transition Provisions of the Law of Ukraine On Complete General Secondary Education, year labor contracts with general secondary education establishments, having attained the retirement age and being paid an old pension, had been concluded by July, 1, 2020. It means that this June the contracts will expire, so school head teachers have to re-conclude them by mutual agreement of the parties or terminate them, initiated by at least one party.
