In video stories by Decentralisation you can watch a seemingly ordinary rural school, having been radically transformed by decentralization. Nowadays the school which used to be poor, cold and deprived of basic repairs for 30 years, is a hub school of the Kiptivska hromada, testifying to the outcomes of local self-government real powers, resources and responsibility. And it definitely inspires.
