Answers to hromadas’ issues of concern on the starostas bill – clarifications by AUC
The Association of Ukrainian Cities has collected hromadas’ issues of concern, related to the Draft Law of Ukraine On Amending some Laws of Ukraine on the Starosta Institute Development (№4535), passed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and prepared answers and clarifications.
AUC answers are experts’ thoughts, based on the practice of the current legislation application and possible hromada consequences analysis.
