The update of the White Paper of the public policy in the sphere of administrative services is the result of the administrative services policy, analyzed by experts of U-LEAD with Europe Programme. It represents the analysis of the problems and propositions, targeted to improving administrative services quality.

Thus, the document is aimed at drawing the public authorities’ attention to legislative problems and practices in the sphere of administrative services, as well as offering their solution ways.
