On May, 21 an ASC, upgraded with support of the U-LEAD with Europe EU Programme, was opened in Berdychiv. The ASC provides 213 services to approximately 75 thousand hromada residents.

«Currently the key task of the Government and local authorities is to increase territorial hromadas capability. A proper ASC is an important indicator of a successful development locally. I congratulate the Berdychiv hromada on the ASC upgrading and wish quality services for the hromada and continuation of the residence access to quality public for the local authorities», – said the Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Vyacheslav Nehoda.
