The Government has confirmed the ASC subvention division), that being a major step in developing the ASC network and following Law of 03.11.2020.

Its advantages are as follows:

1. It is great that the subvention is available and local self-government bodies are funded to perform the obligation imposed by the state;
2. It is good for the Ministry of Digital Transformation to have ensured the legal succession and confirmed funding passport equipment procurements for more than a hundred ASCs. The bid was conducted in 2019 by the Ministry of Economy but municipalities failed to get the equipment then;
3. The funds were allotted not only for the newly-established ASCs but also for the upgrading of the existing ones. So, the Government recognizes that not all ASCs are proper and many of them are in need of development.
